Simple, Personalized Cat Boarding

Cats Upstairs offers a calm, low-occupancy boarding experience designed

exclusively for cats.  Because each stay is personalized and space is

intentionally limited, reservations are reviewed individually before confirmation.

CAT BOARDING RATES

Standard overnight boarding- $35 per night, per studio

Each additional cat: $20/night when sharing the same studio

Extended pickup -$15

Holiday nightly rate- $45 (+$25 for additional cat)

Holiday minimum 2–3 nights

High-demand periods -possible minimum stay

Special care fee- very young kittens or special care needed- please ask

Same-day/short-notice booking- short-notice fee $25 and full payment

STAY REQUIREMENTS

Standard reservations have a 1-night minimum
A 2-night minimum may apply during high-demand weekends

and holiday periods.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Boarding is charged by the night.

Early arrivals and late departures may be accommodated when available and are subject to an additional fee of $15.

All arrivals and departures are scheduled by appointment.

A specific time within these windows will be arranged in advance.

The standard appointment windows are: 

Drop-off appointment times:  8–10 AM or 4–6 PM (by appointment)

Pick-up appointment times: 8–10 AM or 4–6 PM (by appointment)

SPECIAL CARE

Additional fees may apply for extended care, very young kittens, medication, specialized feeding,

or other care requiring significant additional time or attention.

Every Stay Includes:

• Personalized daily care and observation
• Calm, cat-only environment
• Feeding and filtered fresh water service twice daily
• Litter maintenance throughout the day
• Cozy resting spaces and daily enrichment
• Updates and photos available upon request

Multi-Cat Families
Each studio comfortably accommodates bonded pairs and small families, allowing cats to stay together in a familiar and comforting way.

Discounts

Discounts are available for extended stays, and military.

We offer a quieter kind of care.
Cats are not rushed, overstimulated, or expected to behave a certain way. They are given space,

consistency, and the freedom to settle in at their own pace. Many families choose Cats Upstairs for

longer stays, knowing their cats will be cared for with intention.

Booking & Reservation Information
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your cat’s stay. Reservations are confirmed once deposit, intake forms, signed agreement, and vaccination records have been received. Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. Holiday reservations may require payment in full at booking and may be subject to a separate

cancellation policy.
